Claims without an unboxing video will not be considered under any circumstances.

The unboxing video must show the complete package opening clearly from start to end.
Reporting Time

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

The unboxing video and claim should be sent to our support team as soon as possible after receiving the product.

Claims beyond the 48-hour window will not be accepted.
