Shipping is available across all serviceable pin codes in India.
Delivery time is usually 5–7 working days after dispatch.
The delivery time may vary depending on the serviceability of your location and distance from our factory in Vasai, Mumbai.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
Once your order is dispatched, the tracking details will be shared with you via WhatsApp. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Exchange Policies

Exchanges can be requested within 5 days of product delivery.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (with all labels and stickers).
Exchanges are only accepted for the original order once.
The exchange shipping process begins after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Your new product will be shipped within 2 working days after approval.
A reverse pickup fee of ₹120 will apply (this covers part of the logistics expense).
If you exchange for a lower value product, the difference will be given as store credit.
Exchanges are not accepted if the product is found used, scratched, dented, or physically damaged after delivery.
For smooth processing, please share unboxing photos/videos if you received a damaged product.
The exchange policy does not cover accidental or customer-caused damage.
