• Shipping is available across all serviceable pin codes in India.
• Delivery time is usually 5–7 working days after dispatch.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
• Once your order is dispatched, the tracking details will be shared with you via WhatsApp. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Exchanges can be requested within 5 days of product delivery.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (with all labels and stickers).
• Exchanges are only accepted for the original order once.
• The exchange shipping process begins after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Your new product will be shipped within 2 working days after approval.
• A reverse pickup fee of  will apply based on the pincode (this covers part of the logistics expense).
• If you exchange for a lower value product, the difference will be given as store credit.
  
• Exchanges are not accepted if the product is found used, scratched, dented, or physically damaged after delivery.
